THE CONFIRMATION RECEIPT FORM:
will be returned to you upon receipt of your registration
form and payment.
IT WILL CONTAIN INFORMATION ON:
1. receipt of payment, 3. special instructions for course
(ie. tools to bring),
2. location of course, 4. materials description and cost, 5.
policies and practices of SSICE
COURSE PAYMENT COVERS:
Instructor’s fee, rental of venue, and SSCE Administration. |

1. CANCELLATION OF CLASSES: SSI Society for
Community Education reserves the right to cancel any class
in which difficulties arise in staffing or scheduling or in
which a minimum enrolment is not achieved.
A refund will be issued for all classes cancelled by SSI Society
for Community Education. (Oct. 15, 2007)
2. PAYMENT OF FEES. Course fees must be paid prior to start
of course. (Sept. 30, 2007).
A $10.00 surcharge will be applied for registrations after
September 30th.
3. REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWAL FROM CLASS: When a student wishes
or needs to withdraw from class, an administration fee of
25% of course fee will be levied. |
