REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
- Complete the registration form, either by
- Completed Registration Forms can be mailed (Box 329, SSI V8K 2V9) or dropped off at the School Board Office.
- We have a student Bursary Program. Financial help may be available. Download and print the Bursary Form, or leave a message at 250-537-0037.
A confirmation receipt form will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration form and payment. Please read it carefully, as it contains other important information.
REGISTRATION POLICIES
- Cancellation of classes: SSI Society for Community Education (SCE) reserves the right to cancel any class. A refund or credit will be issued for all classes cancelled by SCE.
- Payment of fees: Course fees must be paid prior to start of course.
- Late fees: A $10 LATE FEE TO BE ADDED IF REGISTRATION IS RECEIVED LESS THAN 3 DAYS TO START DATE.
- Refunds and withdrawal from class:
- We will refund your full tuition or issue a credit in the event the class is cancelled or full.
- We will issue a refund minus $15 processing fee, if you withdraw at least one week before the class starts.
- Refund requests must be made at least one week prior to the start of course.
- Refunds after a class has begun will be issued only in extreme circumstances.
